Cancellation / Substitution Policy
- 30 days or more prior to course start date: full refund minus US$50.00 processing fee
- Less than 30 days prior to course start date: 50% refund
- After the course begun: no refund
- Registration fees will be fully refunded in the event JIFSAN cancels the course
- Substitutions are accepted at any time before the course starts. Please contact Customer Service at (301) 314-7883 or jifsancourses@umd.edu in advance to notify us of any substitutions. There are no fees for substitutions.
