Wiley Building, College Park, MD, USA The Food and Environmental Research Agency (Fera), United Kingdom, and the Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN), University of Maryland, jointly organize a series of annual symposia on food safety and applied nutrition. The theme of the 2013 symposium is "Analytical Methods and Laboratory Practices for International Food Safety."
