Background: The fifth in an on-going series of Joint Symposia organized by the UK Central Science Laboratory (CSL) and the United States Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN) will cover 'Novel Applications of Analytical Methods in Food Safety' and will be held at the CSL, Sand Hutton, York (UK).
Goal:
The aim of the meeting will be to look at innovations in diagnostics and analytical chemistry being applied in the USA and in Europe in the area of food safety.
