JIFSAN once again delivered its Risk Analysis Program in 2025, offering CORE courses in-person, and an advanced course online. Traditionally held in the summer and known as the Summer Integrated Program (SIP), the program featured three CORE courses — Risk Management Essentials, Qualitative Risk Assessment, and Risk Communication — conducted in person from October 2–10, 2025, at the JIFSAN training location. The more advanced statistical course, Introduction to FDA-iRISK® and Quantitative Risk Assessment, was offered online in November.
Participants joined from Nigeria, Singapore, Japan, and across the United States, representing a wide range of professional roles — from senior government leadership and academic faculty to food safety scientists, biologists, regulatory affairs professionals, and researchers. This diversity across sectors and disciplines fostered energetic discussion and meaningful group engagement.

Small class sizes supported the sharing of real-world experiences, meaningful collaboration, and substantial interaction with instructors, allowing participants to benefit from their depth of knowledge and insight.

JIFSAN looks forward to offering the program again in 2026. Due to ongoing travel restrictions, all courses will be delivered online this year. Please check our website soon for updated course information, dates, and registration details.
