JIFSAN delivered a two-day FDA iRISK Training Session on June 21-22, 2018
June 2018
JIFSAN hosted a two day FDA-iRisk Training on June 21st through 22nd, 2018. Participants were introduced to FDA-iRISK®, a Web-based, comparative risk assessment tool that has been available for public use since 2012. Enabling users to build, view and share scenarios that reflect their real-world or theoretical food safety issues, without requiring extensive risk assessment modeling experience.
In the past this training has been taught as part of a week-long Quantitative Risk Assessment course, but was offered as a two-day standalone course. Participants from Taiwan, United States, China, Hong Kong, Namibia, and Ghana took-part.
