Dr. Jianghong Meng, Director of the Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition-Center for Food Safety and Security Systems (JIFSAN-CFS3) has been invited to speak at the “Meat and Poultry” webinar scheduled on October 6, 2020.
