Food Safety Risk Management Training in Hong Kong

JIFSAN held a virtual training on Food Safety Risk Management September 4 through October 9, 2021 for students at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. There were 31 participants coming from Hong Kong, China, and Indonesia. The training was part of a series of courses that will result in a Master’s Degree in Global Food Safety and Risk Analysis from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
