Risk Analysis Webinar - African Continental Association for Food Protection

Dr. Clare Narrod presented with colleague Dr. Michelle Embry in the inaugural webinar of the African Continental Association for Food Protection on August 19, 2022. The webinar gave an overview of Risk Analysis, why countries are interested in learning how to do it, the analysis based on WTO obligations under the Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Agreement, and the JIFSAN and HESI training programs and available tools.
