Hong Kong Polytechnic University - Principles of Food Safety Risk Management

Dr. Clare Narrod taught Principles of Food Safety Risk Management to a group of students from Hong Kong Polytechnic University on Friday and Saturday morning during the months of September and October. The primary goal of the course was to teach students on how risk analysis fits into Food Regulation and the basics of Food Safety Risk Management.
