Dr. Clare Narrod Delivers Food Risk Training at Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Dr. Clare Narrod, Director of Risk Analysis/Impact Evaluation Programs at JIFSAN, delivered training to students enrolled in the MSc in Global Food Safety Management and Risk Analysis program at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University over a long weekend. Through group discussion during the training, students developed a risk-based outlook on food safety.
