FoodRisk.org is operated by Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN) in collaboration with the Human Foods Program (HFP)  from the US Food and Drug Administration (HFP/FDA) and the Food Safety and Inspection Services from US Department of Agriculture (FSIS/USDA).
